Jonker Street, Melaka

Jonker Street is situated in golden triangle at Melaka Raya, definitEly you wouldn’t missed out this place.  To named a few: Sam Suk Kong (local sourvenir & snack), famous chicken rice ball, and the small shopping. The place is crowded even during day time as you may want to take a close look on the old building and authentic Melaka street.

What to expect here: Overcrowded, heat, squeezing through the crowd, night street strolling, sweat, local sourvenir, local cuisine, pasar malam feeling, be aware of pickpockets, dinner here.

New stuff: watermelon drinks (RM8) per melon (already blended into drinks to be drink right away)

Restoran Hock Chin, Melaka (Siham, Lala, Tauke)

Wonder where to have the siham longkang at Melaka? The famous one usually people would recommend near to the Jln Bunga Raya and yes, eating siham just next to the longkang.

But recently, my local friend has introduce to try out Hock Chin siham & lala. To my suprise, it was equally good as the famous one near to Melaka Raya *feeling delightful*. To try the tau ke (grilled fish cake, tau ke, fried tofu) with the special sauce.
